What could these headaches be hit head stayed up 24 hours straight?

ok so i hit my head a couple of days ago and today i had on and off headaches but last night i stayed up 24 hours straight. it isnt like a bad head ache it really doesnt hurt that much. ive gotten some sleep lke maybe 4 and 1/2 hours but my dad kept waking me up so it was like 45 mins at a time.
