Something weird happend to me?

I was sitting on the couch and stood up. I walked a little bit and then all of a sudden i started to see like purple blotches in my vision and it was like blinking and i just got weak and fell. and i couldn't get up for a couple seconds. but then i could but had a weird pressure headache. but then it went about a minute later...idk what its from
