Does a creditor have the right to go back to court to get a wage garnishment if the have accepeted payments ?

I got a court judgement against me becuase I left the house I was renting early because it had cockroach. I didnt know that there was a code efforcement that could make the rental company clean the house from the roaches. So I lost my case but didnt have to pay as much as they want....but I dont have alot of money So I told them I could only pay 100 per month till it's paid....well the rental company has accepted two months of payments but now has sent me a letter telling me that it needs to be paid off quicker and if I dont contact them to set up different arrangements they'll take me back to court to try to get wage garnishment....Can they do that even though the already accepted payments from me??
