Terrible headache, should i go to urgent care?

well idk if you shoul or not I have a friend who gets them badand they some times pass out and if you get them that bad you should go see the doctor but with me I get them bad and some times it's caffien so try not to drink as much as you usually do if at al and if you wake up late alot then try waking up earlier and see if that helps but if they get any worse you should go see the doc because you may have a vein in your head that could pop oh and try and puke even though you are scared to it will help a lot
