Friends and cockroaches?

Please give me etiquette advice on how to tell a close friend that I don't feel comfortable with her coming over my place because she is packing cockroaches in her belongings. Her apartment is cockroach invested! I have been there once since she moved, and I see them everywhere, even during the day. I bet there are hundreds living in her apartment, if not thousands! She has 2 little children and they could be packing roaches in the baby carriage and diaper bags. Please help!!
