Is cramping discomfort in my vagina normal after 6 days of possible conception?

Last night I had a fever of 97.9 and my whole body was really hot. I had clear, gooey, thick stuff coming out of my vagina, I had pains in my vagina and ovaries, a drop of blood that came out, my nipples are very very achy (and they usually never bother me), I was really tired, I had a headache, and now my vagina is really dry and I'm getting cramping feelings in my ovaries and vagina and my lower back. Is this all normal and does this sound like pregnancy?
