Do I have a deviated septum?

I have a bump in my right nostril, where my nose divides and I can tell it's part of my nose not like a growth or something. Ive gotten hit in the nose twice really badly and I think I might have a deviated septum. I also been reall congested all the time especially at night but not really like the whole allergy deal just my nose and sometimes I've been having sinus headaches. is there anyway I can tell if I have it before I go to my doctor?
