Best thing to do when you can't sleep because of migraines?

I've been getting very bad headaches / migraines for the past 4 days. I think it might be related to the heat but I have got them even when I'm not in the heat so I dont know now. I have one so bad right now and I can't even sleep. What can I do? I took ibuprofin already. Is there a good way to sleep or something?
