I don't know if I should go to the ER or not, I need help?

I have been bleeding since the end of Feb. and been on the shot and pill. I even took hormone pills to get it to stop. I have a doc app with the gyno next Friday. But I have also been getting headaches they hurt really bad medicine doesn't help. My arms and legs are just soo sore and I haven't done anything for them to be. And now I have this ripping/tearing feeling below my belly button, and just recently it made me feel like my stomach was ripping/tearing. I pee a lot. I'm not pregnant for sure! I just don't know what to do, it hurts to move. What should I do and What do you think it could be??
