Flu like symptoms with cold sore, but no runny nose or cough?

I have a severely sore throat, a pounding headache, cold sores on my lips. bad chest pains, pain about everywhere is too. Swollen lymph nodes, a high fever. Everynight I wake up in puddles of swear. But im not coughing nor do I have a running nose. Is this the flu? the pain in my chest hurts pretty bad. Theres no mucous but lots of salivia being produce. I also feel an ear infection coming on.
